PixPretty Credits

PixPretty AI Photo Editor uses a credits-based system for accessing certain features. Below is an overview of how the credits system functions:

1. What are Credits?

Credits are the units used in PixPretty AI Photo Editor to access certain features. When you use specific features, the system will deduct the corresponding number of credits based on the tool used. For example, using the Advanced AI Background Removal feature will deduct 1 credit per use. Exporting images does not consume any credits.

2. How to Get Credits?

New User Bonus: New users will receive 12 credits upon registration.

Referral Rewards: Existing users who invite new users will also receive 12 credits for each successful registration.

Monthly Credits: Plus users receive 200 credits per month, and Pro users get 1000 credits per month.

All users can earn additional free credits through referrals and invitations.

3. Credit Validity and Expiry

Credits are released monthly and only valid within the current month, unused credits will be reset at the beginning of the next month. Credits do not accumulate.

Free Users: New users receive 12 credits upon registration, and the credits are valid for 1 year.

Paid Users (Plus and Pro): Credits are released monthly, and each month's credits are only valid for that month. Unused credits will expire at the end of the month and will not carry over to the next month.

All users can earn additional free credits through referrals and invitations. Credits earned this way are valid for 1 year.

4. What Happens if I Run Out of Credits?

No Top-Up Option (Currently) : At the moment, there is no option to purchase additional credits. However, a top-up service for Plus and Pro members will be available soon. In the meantime, if you need extra credits, you can an earn more free credits through referrals and invites, or reach out to our customer support team for assistance: Contact Support.

5. How Can I Check My Credit Consumption?

To view detailed information about your credit consumption, go to the Account Center and click on My Account . You will be able to see a detailed breakdown of your credit usage.
